Fittar B.V. warrants that the Smart Box

Warranty Coverage

Warranty Coverage: Fittar B.V. warrants that the Smart Box, when used under normal conditions and in accordance with the product instructions, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

Warranty Limitations: This warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear of the product.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
  3. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  4. Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.

Warranty Claim Procedure: If you believe that your Smart Box is defective, please contact Fittar B.V. customer service by email at support@fittar.eu. Our customer service team will guide you through the warranty claim procedure, which may include providing proof of purchase, returning the product for inspection, and obtaining a replacement or repair.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty is the only express warranty offered by Fittar B.V. and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied. Fittar B.V. disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability: Fittar B.V.’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, at our option. Fittar B.V. will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
